The Challenge

Renovation Expert's growing business lines forced the company to expand it’s offices and provide customers with a tier 1 outbound dialer for managing such a diverse operation. The company wanted a new system that would allow its employees to easily communicate between the various clients they provide work for, without the capital expense often associated with deploying and maintaining a Voice and Data solution. The new system had to be both easy to administer and had to be supported. Dialing in a manual environment meant agents were spending less time talking and not properly utilizing the time spent on the phones attempting to generate leads.

 

The Solution

After exploring options from a number of vendors, Renovation Experts selected a solution from eCRM based on: Concerto’s Unison call center platforms, which deliver full-featured business communications and data capabilities. eCRM delivers a robust outbound dialing platform complete with scripting, & call-processing coupled with a suite of telephony applications and statistical reporting. eCRM manages the technology for the outbound entire center in Dartmouth from our NOC located in downtown Halifax.

 

All support calls from Renovation Experts come direct to eCRM’s Network Operations center (NOC). eCRM manages the Telecommunications infrastructure, and the data infrastructure required to deploy this remote outbound solution.
